Well... what would you like to do with it besides setting the alarm times?

    Change Alarm sounds?
    Play song Alarm?
Function Alarm (Mute, Exit, at certain time)?

Just an alarm that you can set easy and play a wav or mp3 file

Exit would be nice to clear some CPU load when not needed

Maybe a way to bring to front when alarm goes off

do you know such an alarm?

I'm guessing I'd be used for quarter mile/0-60 times or to time routes and such

I use the one I have now when I think of something and just set in like 10 seconds with outlook you have to fill out a form and a pain in the A$$ when driving.

The one I use in my skin is ok but not resizable

                      Try this one Chuck

As far as I know its freeware I have used it for years. Only problem I have found is that sometimes it crashes a game if your playing one when it comes to the front. But Hey you may not be playing many games while driving anyway try it and see. I got it in my startup folder.
