  • Feature Req: Multiple "other" visualizations

For those of us who might want to have multiple visualization options in a single skin, having the ability to configure multiple "Other" visualizations, maybe by Vis1, Vis2, and Vis3, or something similar.

I don't know if anyone else out there would find this useful, but I for one would love to have the option of using 2 different vis's within the same skin, depending on if I want just an EQ or something a little more visually gripping...

Anyone else? Don't know if it's even possible, but would be nice to have.

Could you elaborate/expand a bit...? I read your reply a few times and it's looking Greek to me

[EDIT: Oh, never mind... I gotcha, I gotcha... That's pretty clever... However, which VIS is selected by default when you do the CTRL+K? Is it the one that's actually configured in RRConfig or is the last one that was selected via SENDKEYS? Because if it's the most recently selected one, then I can foresee them getting out of synch when you select VIS1 one time, then VIS2, then want to select VIS2 again the next time, won't it start showing you VIS1 where VIS2 should be? I'm assuming your suggestion requires a separate button for VIS1 and VIS2, but still this seems like it would get skewed... I'll try it out though, maybe I'm thinking it out wrong...]

Yeah, the window name is also a problem for getting this to work. Guino, any chance of adding a feature like this to be able to configure, say, 3 different visualizations and call them each uniquely by VISU1, VISU2, VISU3 or something similar?

I don't think it's possible with winamp vis.
With CTRL + K or whatever the API command is, it only toggle vis ON/OFF.
Maybe Guino have some tricks to make it works.
