  • File Browser from main menu

I would like to browse files in a folder, via a button on my main menu.

I tried using video_browser, but it only seems to work when it has been called from video _player. Is there a way to run video_browser direct from a button on the main menu?

some functions only work in the propper context. The Video Browser will most likely only work when called from the video player. However, It should be possible to load the video player and immediately load the video browser using the || tag for multiple commands: "VIDEO||LIST"

      Absolutely brilliant!!!

It works - the player flashes on screen for a split second, then goes to the browser. Now I just need to work out how to close the browser and go back to the main menu. Currently it goes back to the player.

      Many thanks, Guino!!!

Just execute "MAIN" (always goes to main menu) instead of "EXIT" (returns to previous screen).
