  • Image Viewer - 100% Complete

    Check this out

    All options can be edited with keycodes, and this viewer has alot of different cool features I just wanted to keep it simple for now.

    For now it does Next/Prev Image, Zoom in/out, Brightness up/down, SlideShow/Controls(speed/rpt/shfl), Browse Mode/View Mode.

    Also you see there a mute button and some media buttons those are for music

    What you need

    -11 View (http://11view.stratopoint.com/)

    -A Proper skin for it (attached)

    -Pictures..

    Main Menu Code:

    "LOAD;pix.skin;11view;C:\Program Files\11view\11view.exe;11view"

    Attached Files

    Excuse me for a stupid question. But where to put the skin files, and where do I put this code string? "LOAD;pix.skin;11view;C:\Program Files\11view\11view.exe;11view" Shall the "" be there. I now got the 11view to work by the launch button but in that way i can't get the skin files and that's the point by my meaning. I think the thing looks great because I have a lot of pics on the puter. And it would be nice to view them in RR.
    For now I placed the skin files in the RR skin map bruched metall.

      looking good... but i was wondering if its possible to make the image browser much bigger , because you know what a pain in the butt it is to work with just a 7" touchscreen in the car. Thanks and keep up the good work!

          You need to use the skin editor on the RR website. Its really simple but that go goes in the command string on one of the buttons you wish to have it on. The skin program is nice just point and click makes it really easy and takes the brunt work out of it so you can just enjoy skinning.

            yes you can and actually I was tweaking with it a bit more you can get rid of the preview panel in the browse mode since you already know what your looking at using the thumbnail view. So now the Browse mode is much better.

            I attached my config file for the program just drop that in your install folder and you should be par with me on that but here is the new result

            You can also bookmark folders and retrive different ones. This program really works well with Road Runner and has alot more options to skin for still yet but I just thought I would keep it simple first and move it out later. I am also in contact with them so I can remove the file menu,status, and the toolbar. This program also has OSD which is really cool.

            Perfect match for Road Runner

                  I haven't tried it.. seems nice.. it's on the bottom of my to-do to make a image viewer ... probably make an Album Art Browser first.. That'd be basically the preview thumbs for an image viewer as well .. but this seems pretty decent while I don't get to it..

                    I've integrated it in my "spaced out" skin (I'll realease soon the new complete skin, with song search, pictures and all!).... Awesome!

                        I emailed The Stratopoint Software Team the creators of 11view, and they told me in the next release of the software we will see in the preview mode a option to disable the file menu and the toolbars and the ability to make the scroll bars larger and also to be able to change the background color. It would look good for our two skins if we set it to black. So I am thinking this is going to be the way to go sounds great!

                            I've tried this and the only thing I do. Was to create a new folder named 11view in the launch folder. And in that folder create a ini file with this text:
                            [GENERAL]
                            PATH = C:\Program Files\11view\11view.exe
                            TryEmbeddedTimeOut = 5
                            WindowSearchString=11view

                            Then you have the viewer embedded in the APPS menu.

                              Now I only have implemented 11view. Can I also implement the skin?
