please dont flame the noob i tryed searching but i guess its just not around or im not useing the right keywords but heres my question

the vehicle in question is a nissan titan
i believe that the a/c controls are digital so would it be possible to get rid of the control knobs all together and use a plugin of some kind in RR to control it?
i understand i may still need the circut board/s but i just want the space in the dash cleared for other things

you'd have to make a board or use some sort of off-the shelf interface board to control the original circuit, and most likely you'd need to make a plugin to control it too (unless you used a board that already has a plugin ready like the K8055).

This thread is about the Road Runner plugin that gives you full control of the K8055 board from Road Runner.

great thank you now do you have any idea of what i would have to do to intergrate the a/c controls to be commanded by this board?

I think the easiest way is to use relays over the existing buttons. But you will have to solder wires on the buttons of your AC control. If you can find out the pinout of your AC control it might be possible to replace the buttons by connecting to the connector of your AC control.
