  • (IND) Indicator OFF/ON images

    I try to use these Indicators option .

    If i understand well is it possible to have an Indicator image without any Indicator allready defined in a screen .

    So i try these commands with the skintool, but nothing appear .

    For to define my indicator's image :
    Code:
    IND,!RADAR,speed_warning.png,speed_warning.png
    For to define an area in the menu.skin:
    Code:
    I,313,0,77,72,"!RADAR"
    And for to see my Indicator:
    Code:
    "SETIND;!RADAR;ON||wait;2||SETIND;!RADAR;OFF"
    Where is my error please.

    Thanks for any help ...

    If you have custom images for your indicators, you dont need an indicator. Use a button and the LOADIMG command.
    Put those lines in your exectbl.ini file
    "RADARON","LOADIMG;100;100;50;50;RADAR_ON.jpg; OUT"
    "RADAROFF";"LOADIMG;100;100;50;50;RADAR_OFF.jpg;OU T"
    Then on your button
    B,10,10,100,50,"YourCommand||RADARON",@YourCommand ||RADAROFF@
    Now, when you press the button it will load the radar_on.jpg
    When you hold the button it will load Radar_off.jpg
    Of course you need the images in your skin folder.

      That would be one way...slightly less efficient, providing you would be changing the ind to several diff images ( >2 ).

      But what he is trying to use is the additional way to put ind'd on to the seperate layers when RR first loads the screen.

      First off, you have the same image for both the off & on status's....

      Are you not seeing your ind at all? Or does it not toggle between the two of them?
