  • What are YOU using for a graphics program?

Please post what programs you use to create your skins. I see a lot of beautiful artwork being done by some of you and wondered what progy you used to do it with. I mainly use Adobe Photoshop CS2.

Never used it myself, but Adobe create industry-standard products, I know how to use it, and it's not microsoft!!
And anyway - it's not the tools, it's the worker!!

Photoshop and i think it would be safe to say the majority of anyone using a paint program is most likely using Photoshop.

I have been using Pain Shop Pro since version 3 but since Corel bought JASC, they seem more interested in trying to get me to upgrade again and again by releasing versions and sending me spam about it than actually adding features so I will probably freeze on Version 9. They still don't support PSDs with layers so I have started using GIMP. So sad.

The funny things on occasion I have tried Photoshop and for some reason it seams like the most counter intuitive program I have ever seen. Maybe it's because it seems more like a Mac app than a windows app but I think mostly it's because I am so used to PSP.

I tried gimp, but thought it wasnt intuitive, and paintshop never worked for me... very bad to use....

photoshop....but it really depends on your needs. Photoshop works best and has tight intergration and a lot plugins too choose. Plus as for future web/graphics designers, after they bought Macromedia... I think its by far the best graphics program out there.
