I've got the same problem after I uninstalled the trial and installed the commercial product. If you just rename the file from io.dll to io.dll.bak you get Windows trying to find the dll on your CD drive.
I'm a bit frustrated and have not tried to *copy* io.dll to io.dll.bak. After I muster the energy, I'll do so and let you guys know what's up.
Just to get this right... StreeDeck shipped a DLL that should have only been shipped with the hardware version? I'd like to know the real story here and not just use tribal knowlege about renaming files. Please, correct me if I'm off base here.

This problem only appears on some platforms. The current web installer does not have this problem so you should be able to install it over the current setup or just simply create a dummy io.dll file by renaming a new text file or something.
That file is only usefull for the Infill T3 there is now another setup option to install it seperatly rather then always installing it.
The DVD is still not patched as current as the web installer yet, but should be soon.
