  • SD Restarts my computer

Any Ideas I have a P4mobo 2.53 ghz and a compatible video card with direct x9 512 ram.

When I start SD I see a load screen then boom my computer does a hard reset!! The only thing I can think is I have a 15" Samsung in portrait style could that be a problem?? Also I have XP Home with SP1 Not 2

    Thanks

People have had problems with rotated screens in the past.. I would say turn it off and try again..

It usually did not result in a hard reboot, so I'm guessing this might not be a fix.. Make sure your video drivers are also current, as that will cause some headache..

Very Possible for the SP1.. I would highly recommend in getting atleast SP1, there are many reasons other then SD that this would be helpful..

As for the screen flip, unless something has changed in SD it will not work properly..
