  • update 1.0.9.8

I had a problem before where i updated my sd and after installing the update i loaded sd and it crashed right before the frontend loaded into the dashboard. I never got the problem resolved so i went back to a version that worked.

it has seem to be happening with the last two updates that have been released. the updates work fine on my laptop or desktop system but not on my carpc. attached in the log file that was gerated today.

Your system doesn't appear to be compatible with dynamic backgrounds run with -staticbackground and it should fix the problem.

Theres a problem with the command line parameter processing. Try it with -allowmediaduplicates and let me know if it works.

I don't know. We haven't been able to duplicate the problem here. Do milkdrop visualizations work in winamp?

Swapping out the video card would be the first thing I woudl do, but thats really just a random guess.

yes milkdrop works in winamp since i had rr awhile ago, i would swap out the vid card but since its built onto the motherboard ill have to go to a different alternative later on. but i do know that ill need a faster system when i go to upgrade!!!
