I would like to know how the xenarc screen looks when the screen is run at 1024x768 (its max support rate), Is text clear enough to read? or do you have to increase the font size?

I am looking at hooking one of these units with a VIA Pico motherboard and I am try to work our what resoution to run it at
    Cheers

Well, I'm still working on getting my touchscreen working. I've mostly been working on getting LinuxICE to work. While looking for some information about linux touchscreen drivers I found this http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Car_Computer#evtouch_Driver . The evtouch driver worked for my installation after doing that. However, you may need to add the line "Option "rotate" "ccw"" to your xorg.conf file under the touchscreen device section.

Well, I've been using the guts from a Dell Latitude 610 with a P3 since a laptop already has ACPI power management and a backup battery built in.
