  • Options for radio/car speakers

I'm trying to make plans for my mac Mini in my 2005 Honda Civic(both of which are getting bought soon) and I am trying to figure out what my options are for setting up the radio and using the stock speakers. I have read through most of the Mac threads and have seen some threads on XM and using the shark but I would really like to use the stock antenna and stock speakers. If anyone has any ideas or links I'd appreciate it.

The easiest thing to do is get a head unit that has an auxiliary-in on it. My stock Kenwood HU in my car has this option, but I doubt the stock civic HU will.
    Thanks,

If the radio has cd changer control capability, you can buy an adapter that plugs into that to allow aux input. have you checked out the sticky in the newbie forum?http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=32430

        I think I have a plan

I looked around and I think the best option is to put in an amp and drive the speakers with that then connect my headphone jack to the amp. Im not completely convinced on the radioshark option but I'll keep working on that. Thanks for your help guys
