Dunno, I can't get it to talk through to anything but my internal mic/speakers. My Motorola H500 shows up in my System Preferences sound pane, but not as an option in BPE.

The author (zack) says that he should have al the applescripting ability done in the next month. so we'll be able to plug the functions into anything

A Cocoa framework would be even nicer ;-)

The only problem I have found is that it treats your computer as a headset, therefor the sound is full- duplex which mean te person on the line can hear everything they say.

Because it doesn't mute the mic when the other person is talking, they hear what you say and what is playing through your speakers which is there own voice.

Yeah, I have it in my car right now. It is almost useless because of the echo caused on the other line. Everyone I have talked to complains about that. If only he could make it half- duplex so that it mutes the mic while the other person is talking. Make it more like a speakerphone.
