  • Help, Navi Causes Blue Screen

Ok, so i had iguidance3.0 installed and whenever i would run it within 1-15 min of the prog running it would bluescreen, say something like multiple_IRP or IRQ Requests?

so i upgraded to 4.0 and i still get the same bluescreen and such, i tried to reinstall and cant find any solution to this

    any help?

Sounds like the IRQ could be the one that your GPS aerial is using (im guessing USB) try running the system with a port splitter such as XPort(Free) or GPSGate (15 day free trial) that will then control your GPS port and let you pick a different COM no (you could even run multiple GPS programs and share the GPS device)

Even if that doesnt solve it, it will at least eliminate 1 of the possible causes?

Would also suggest disabling Auto restart on failure, so you can get a good look at the exact message when it happens

Thats the problem its hard to eliminate the cause cos it typical forany one of them to cause the same problem.

Glad its sorted, aint nothing worse than a crash when your in the middle of a drive waiting for your next route instruction
