But I don't know how to make albumcover work Can anyone help on this?

I think you just put it in the WAC folder. You also need the VB 6.0 run files if I remember correctly.

I got error message that msvcr70d.dll is missing , well I got this file from web and now it's saying mfc70d.dll is missing..

Does anyone know how to make this album cover to work?

Nice work! Hope you're thinking of making the skin available when you've finished!

To answer your question: Did you register the dll, or just copy it to your drive?

Here's another question - Can you launch other applications from the thinger?

Looking real good. I like it.

As in the album art I have a program called tag & rename and it attaches album art to the id3 tag. I dunno if this helps?
          - 3+ years & still no carputer!
          - Done collecting parts
          - Currently planning setup

Of course , I'll make it available to all of mp3car members
and for dll files, I copied msvcr70d.dll just directly to windows/system32/ but I couldn't find the mfc70d.dll file

DOES ANYONE SUCCESSFULLY RUN ARBY'S SKIN WITH ALBUM COVER?
Here's another question - Can you launch other applications from the thinger?
Well I'm planning not to use thinger and some of other option, I'm making this for a touch screen, I though some of options(such as menu button) might not be need but you can always right click on a mouse.

the buttons on the bottom of the screen , I'll try to make it in main window (hmm come to think of it, I don't know how to do that either. YET, but I'll figure it out) but I don't know it can launch other program?? well if I have a script ,I can make it works , maybe you can help me .

register over at winamp.com forums. I worked on a full screen skin a while back and I was doing something very similar to what you are doing (different layout of course). Here's a couple links to some questions I had over there. I think they will greatly help you out.

              maki help please

Those two dll.s (actually there's a third one that go along with those 2, but it's name escapes me at the moment) are runtime dll's for VC++ MFC version 7, which is relatively new (you most likely have version 4.2 of those dlls installed). If you install the .NET framework, those dlls should be distributed with it. If not, just do a search for mfc 7 runtime and you should come across something

                    YEAH!!! I found the answer
seems like the album cover script was made with VC++ , I got mcf70d.dll and msvcr70d.dll from MS .Net disc and copied to windows/system32 folder ,everything works GREAT!

now I know how to make my skin to work , including the bottom buttons I'll let you know as soon as I finish. I'm already thinking about new desgin. If you are good at Photoshop , you can make a graphic (800x600) and please send it to me, I'll make it to work.

                    Thanks guys

Yes, that was me that asking the questions (gschwendt). Im afraid I gave up on that skin simply because I realized there wouldnt be a very good way to browse the playlist editor or the media using a remote. I might still have the files around here somewhere (not sure where at the moment) but it seems as though you are already on the right track. If you still decide you need them, let me know and Ill see if I can dig the file(s) up. Anyway, good luck with it.

You could use the search option.

                          And then the 6e post
