  • Edit mp3's........program to remove empty space??

i have alot of mp3's that are blank for the first 2-5 seconds and its really annoying, is there a program to auto remove this from my mp3s? If not Im sure there is an easier way than converting them to wav and editing them, No?

I'm not sure, if it will edit MP3's, oh yes it does.
Have you tried Audacity? It's not automatic but it works well and its free!

Goldwave is an advanced music editing software, will do all u need. If u just want to cut a few seconds, prolly just get smaller software though.

You could use Winamp 3 and turn on crossfading...that takes the blank beginning and endings of my songs just fine

if you can get your hands on Cool Edit Pro - it has an MP3 plugin that allows you to load, edit and save to mp3... Also has Batch command ability - so you can do a crap load of mp3's in a row automated...
