  • Run Application without Title Bar

    Hi guys

I was reading many days before that someone was trying to run an application without displaying the title bar.

It was something that I was searching for my software and finally I made it.

Take the piece of the code and use it as you want. It is written in VB 6.0

You can run any program you want just change the name of exe file. As an example I'm using the Calculator. Playing around you will find many nice apps for using it.

I am preparing something more advance than this but I have to go, my daughter is calling me, stay tuned!

    Chears guys

And wish you health, love and happiness!
Merry X'mas and Happy New Year

    You have inspired me!

I am going to try to turn this into a small program that sits in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

It will just have 1 button that will toggle the title bars on the last window selected.

I know how to code this.. i just don't know ANY syntax.

This will be great for gps/internet programs.

      Whew.. its working.

I'll clean up the code and post a rough version.

Btw, I had to get rid of the part of the code that renamed the caption to "".

I made a new version of this, but right now I can't post it because I don't have it with me. I will do it late night today, I hope so!

And yes this piece of code I made it to run GPS software (Teletype's GPS PRO).

New version support resize, and positioning, and also, reset to original size, position.
