  • Wanted: D3 SDK

Has anyone got the D3 SDK documentation that they could sort me out with?

I've got a version of the SDK itself, which is limited to small maps. I only want to muck about and see if I can get a decent app written to go with my custom front end (programmer by trade, so it's all good ). Sadly I've got no documentation for it.

Would be dead grateful if someone could send me a copy so I can see how the thing works!

Has no-one got it? Please tell me if you think I'm being cheeky by asking for it! Even some pointers would be good, i.e. how to start Destinator and embed into a VB6 form.

I'm not trying to do anything illegal here, I just want to be able to develop my application and make sure it does exactly what I want before handing over my cash. I'm using the restricted dll with under 3mb maps, and that's ideal for testing & development. Once it's done, and if I think it's good enough, I'll pay for the correct version from Destinator themselves.

I'd recommend contacting Powerloc themselves and asking for the SDK documentation, with recent events I doubt many will hand over documentation etc ... but I may be wrong.

Ninja Monkey, that is exactly what I'm after. You're a star.

          Thanks,

LOL I see exactly what your saying...

Once you hand over the $50 the trouble does not stop there you have been warned.. The "Not for sale" version IS actually a correct one, it was the one they tried to palm me off with after I paid $50... And the other version I have doesn't work at all (even after activation on a single machine) so far!!!

EDIT: Does anyone have a license agreement... My contact at HSTC is getting one for me, I've been waiting over a week now (he tells me 'I haven't gotten my hands on the license agreement as of yet')... Though to be honest I didn't think it would be that much trouble!
