Well I've got a 4x40 char lcd (thanks arby ). I would really like to setup MLT. But it doesnt seem to have any way to set where the lcd is (i.e lpt1).

<A HREF="http://"http://mpxplay.tripod.com/"" TARGET=_blank>MPXplay</A> has LCD support... and there's a front end for MPXplay which is supposed to handle navigation of files and playlists through an LCD very well.. it's called <A HREF="http://"http://www.radioactivesoft.com/mpxf/"" TARGET=_blank>MPXF</A>.

I have the "inverted P" issue with it though

ive been trying to use mpxf but its not realy working. It only displays on 2 lines and 16 chars(or so) long.
also it has this issue where its displaying an analyzer behind all the other info.

well, my guess is that it's set to a default 16x2 dimension... as I recall, there are .INI files which need to be configured before the output to the display will work properly (unless you have a 16x2 of course )

I'm not being mean, I just love the acronym... RTFM
