  • best program to use?

alrighty, i am a noob to the software side of carputers, and I need the ehlp of the pro's

I have an Xenarc MP-SC1 carputer, Lilliput 7" touchscreen, with windows xp, and will be using it mostly for audio/video applications, with the possibility of gps, blue tooth later. I am also runing an external soundcard (sound blaster live! 24bit external)

Which frontend is the most user friendly? (i have very little knowledge in customizing apps)

Ive looked through some of the faq forms on here, but Id like the opinion of people who have experience with these programs. I would also like custom startup screens, bigger icons(which io know you can adjust in xp), but mostly the easiest program I can have for audio/video (least amount of fooling around while driving/best fitment on screen)

Try them all. They're all great. It's just a matter of which one you like best....

Completly subjective. No one can answer this question. Everyone's opinion will be different. Your gonna have to try them yourself and see what you like.

That said, Centrafuse is the best.

ok, an even more computer-illiterate question: I would like to try frodo and centrafuse, but cant seem to find where to download them? is there just a single basic download that I can do for each?
(I really hate not knowing anything about programming *grr*)

In each front end forum, there's a link to the download section.
