    Hi CDR

    1. The log feature is working perfectly. Do you have SDK commands (log On Log OFF) so I can skin this in RR.

    2. Can the voice prompts(directions) volume have a preset level so when winamp volume is low (when driving with the music turned down) it will raise the volume to a predetermined level before speaking. The same implies when the volume is high (when the music volume is pumped up).

    3. The ETR and ETA reading are still OFF. (I got a -5minute reading on the ETR the other day when I first used 0.90A) Also the ETA reading was like 5 minutes behind the system clock (talk about time travel).

    4. Can you include a “trying to reconnect to GPS indicator” so we can see what FD is doing when no GPS connection is achieved. Yesterday I was driving around for about 3Km and FD had no GPS connection (I left it like that on purpose to see if FD would establish the connection automatically). After that I tried pressing the “reconnectGPS” button but nothing happened. I finally used the “SAVE GPS settings” in the GPS SETTING section to establish the connection.

    5. Does anyone have an updated list of the all the SDK commands available in FD. With so many updates and patches I have lost track.

    Sorry for the long post.

Other than that, everything is A OK.
Keep it up and thanks for you invaluable time

FreeDrive is the frontend for Destinator3. Since destinator has voice direction, FreeDrive also has them. You just have to have a suitable voice pack.

          looking there now
Go-to the Destinatorapps/Destinator/Common/Interface/Voice directory, there is a Directory named “ALL”. This dir contains all the voice files (in .WAV format) that destinator uses to guide you with voice prompts.
You can include a new set of voices which can be put in a dir with your name
e.g. (Mike). This way you can have different sets of voices. They must all be placed in the above mentioned path and into individual directories.

After that go and run the destinator C_client.exe found in Destinatorapps/Destinator

This will show your current map and a menu button on the bottom. To enable voice prompts go to
Press Menu – Create destinator dialog – options – look & feel – and finally select in drop down list of the field “Voice prompts” your director with your voice prompts. This could be “Mike” or “Default” or anything else.

Hope this brief how-to helps you out.

Thanks for that buddy, i was having a poke around before and found the voice directory but your guide helped a lot - once the voice guidence profile is enabled in the destinator engine, i wonder why it woulddn't be speaking to me in Freedrive? all the circles in the freedrive voice setup are green, i dont know of any other option that i can look into/enable and the only solution i can come to is that theres a bug in my install
