  • What is a good Long Range USB Wifi Nework Adapter these days?

Hi guys, Currently I have an Engenius USB Adapter which is 6 years old now. It is ok, but the drivers are very flaky. I am looking to replace it and get one that is more reliable. What are the best wifi adapters out there currently? I am looking into Alpha are there any others you recommend? The adapter would be inside the car, not looking to mount outside.

i don't use it much, but my wifi setup gets pretty good range. the dual antenna's really help to allow for problems-- if one can't get the signal, the other one usually can.

Awsome install Soundman! To involved for me though. Looking for a plug and pray device. Like you I barely use it, just want it there for when I am parked with nothing to do. The USB cable is already run to the hatch part of the car.

I would go with the Alpha myself (actually have a 2watt running on my setup now). They are very powerful, easy to use, relatively cheap for their power, and most importantly... supported in most OS' (*cough*bt5*cough*).
