  • Problem with DLink DWL-120+ USB wireless adaptor

    Hi everyone,

Just curious if anyone is using the DLink DWL-120+ USB wireless adaptor with the M10000 motherboard. The problem is: if I boot up the PC with the adaptor already pluged-in the PC, it will go into a loop of keep on restarting itself. If I boot-up the PC first and then plug-in the adaptor, it works just find. Anyone experiencing this problem? Any way out for it? Thanks in advance.

Does the PC boot into windows before it restarts? Just wondering because it could be a driver problem.

I've had this with my netgear WLAN adapter on the Via epia 800 - change of drivers didn't make any difference, and trying a USB 2 card (via chipset) didn't make any difference either! Also found it didn't get recognised sometimes.

Bad news is I haven't found a way to fix it yet

Has any one tried a USB card with a different chipset on it? If so its obvious that the VIA & DLink products have compatability issues.

              Works fine for me!

Works great for me with the Cappuccino PC, I had to download the latest drivers though to get it to work 100%. It kept disconnecting!
