Have you visited Jons Guides? There is a walk through, latest drivers and a forum.
    You should get sorted there.

On Jon site there is a discussion about using the latest Widcomm s/w (version 3 - I think) and part of that is to add the PID etc of the dongle to the device lists in the s/w so it is picked up.
        May help?

              Help with Kensington Drivers

              Hello All,
I had quite a bit of difficulty with the Kensington K33085 bluetooth USB device, so I spent some time researching and looking for replacement drivers. I blogged the solution I came up with at http://www.broadbandpig.com/archives...ngton_usb.html
