DATABASE_No files! database list zero files or Not active

When I run up Frodo it searches my D: drive and presents me with a tree of folders but nothing appears to be in the folders. Can someone explain why I dont see any MP3, avi files? Many thanks.

Why don't you go into the settings menu and build your database....

Does the database have to be built every time you change files? For me, every time i go into settings, it shows 0 files in the database and I have to sync all of them.

You don't have to sync it every time. It always shows 0 files when you go to the database setting, but all your files are still there. You just have to sync when you've added more files into your directory.
