KEYBOARD_ shortcuts not working intermittantly

As the title suggests.

Usually happens as I enter Fullscreen mode (which works fine from keyboard), then exit it. It seams that after that point none of the shortcuts work.

If I click on a song in the playlist the shortcuts then work fine.

Any ideas?

Im using the following.
Latest Frodoplayer 1.0.9
cirque serial touchpad
old digital ps2 keyboard (for testing)
usb belkin nostromo n50 keypad

What's your VIS? Soem VIS end up having focus after doing just that.

Well if they are "not working intermittenly" then I guess it's working properly

No ideas. But will look.

And also, do not use the "BUG" Icon on your posts. They correct procedure is
outlined in the stickeys at the top. In this forum, the "BUG" icon is for my own
personal use only.

Im using the Gforce vis (tis very cool).

is there any way to set frodoplayer's shortcuts to be global?

EDIT: tried with a different plugin, seams to work fine. Anyway to get around this? I really like the Gforce plugin.

Not in this version.
However you could always use girder and the keyboard plugin.
A sample GML file is in the main FrodoPlayer forum.

Yeh, actually gforce was the vis I was talking about. So yeh, gforce will capture the keys. It was annoying. I jsut ened up disabling all frodo keys

I like those vis. Just change frodo buttons from cntrl+? to alt+?. That'll fix the problem I hope

same problem. I think you were right with your first statement, it changes the focus and thus the shortcuts dont work.

Looks like I'll either have to see if there's any way to stop it from doing that (I doubt it) or look for another vis.
