winamp runs fine after resume so any frontend that uses winamp will work. the ones i know work are mediacar, roadrunner.

i tried leaving my laptop on after resume from hibernate and not touch it, and it stayed on so i don't have the hibernating after being idle for 5 minutes problem. still wish frodo and navivoice work. at the moment i'm working on a modified brushed metal skin for roadrunner to use for this laptop.

Hmm thats kind of funny. I am using the same FP 1.09 and it seams to be working fine.
I mean it resumes fine from HIBERNATION and keeps playing the music on its own. and no shutting off or going back to hibernate mode in 5 odd mts...

just wanted to give you guys a status update, I just got done installing my new shuttle PC to replace my old carputer, it resumes from hibernation normally, it picks right back up where it left off. without having to touch the screen.

    Angry

i never got anywhere on this either. i just gave up and started running roadrunner on the laptop that was giving me trouble. i guess there are just some motherboards out there that just don't like to play nice with hibernate.

    Cause of rehibernation found!

I've had this problem for a long long time. Nice to see that I'm not the only one (sorry). I have found the the 5 minute hibernate problem is OS related. Check this out.
I think the requirement for a mouse movement or keystroke before resuming playback may be a different problem (that I have too).
Maybe someone can figure out how to adjust the inactivity timer in XP....

Has a solution been found to the problem of frodoplayer not playing without a mouseclick after a resume from hibernation? That link to the Microsoft KB article was great, how they offered no solution or workaround.
