    Question File VOB with frodo and Windows Media Player

    Salut to all, an aid serves me, knows that I swindle is leaned to win medium palyer 9 or 10 in order to reproduce the musical rows and video, but which it does not succeed to read to the single rows vob on hard disk (type the promo of dolby digital), therefore neanche Frodo, instead a dvd always saved on hard disk the law very well, I preput that I have installed the decoder sonic for xp medium... non I understand why, if you can help me ve of I would be pleasing.

    i'm sorry but the problem is that with Frodo I do not succeed to play the file VOB

    A VOB file is the video file from a DVD. You can't just copy these to a hard drive and play them because of the encryption.
    You need to decrypt them before any PC-based media player will do anything with them.
    Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

    they are all without macrovision and decrypts to you

    I think they want to ba able to open DVD files directly as if they are in a folder.

    I will routinely drag a full DVD to a folder etc ...

    I do not believe that MP has this capability, but Nero showtime does, as well as any ATI MultiMedeia Center apps
