What do I download for Frodoplayer?

Ok, looks like this is a good player so I wanted to try it out but im at the download page and i see all these files, which do i need for it to work and which should I get? Thanks!

I read the FAQ's but i thought those were just background programs to make sure everything in frodoplayer worked correctly. Or am I suppose to use one of those programs to run it?

thats the latest confirmed stable release..

frodo 1.10 has been released too.. but there are a couple of documented bugs..

you are welcome... Hopefully soon Frodo has time to fix the downloads section on his website.. and soon after that have time to resume working on frodoplayer...
