Well the other day I was messing around with my skin settings and I changed the skin from rexbrumet to the default FP skin. When I opened the picture viewer (frodopictures) , I noticed that it worked 10 times better than the plugin. I don't know about everyone else but my plug in picture viewer was slooooowww....
So after messing with it for a little while, I got frodopictures to work with the rexbrumet skin. I love the rexbrumet skin so I didn't want to get rid of it and now it's even better. If anyone is interested, I can post a DIY on this...

The problem with FP picture is that is no skinable.... and I really don't know what you setup is but if you machine is slow with that plugin forget about using the new one (that BTW is no going to be name RexBrumet 2 or anything like that it will have it own name)

Hopefully I'll be able to use the new skin. I can't wait for it. I have a VIA M10000 512MB RAM and an 80GB 7200RPM. I'm getting a new stick of RAM this week. The one that I got is not the specific one for the mobo so I'm hoping that the new RAM will fix that. It's not that the plug-in kills my pc. I just noticed that frodopics runs a lot smoother/faster because it doesn't have to open a plug-in. The skin doesn't bother me. To tell you the truth, I don't use the pic viewer much. Like I have said in the past, I love your skin and can't wait for the new one. If my computer can't handle the new skin, I'll get a whole newOriginally Posted by thanatos106
