FreeDrive Beta 0.3 Taster (D3 Frontend)

been busy last couple of days, should be heading for a release by the end of the week.

Things that are now working..
- Speed
- Number of Sats
- Heading
- No redraw on menu change
- Main look 'Fully skinable'

Yep the main page is fully skinable, this means you can put anything 'anywhere' this includes

D3 Map
Menu Button
Speed
Sats
Date
Time
ETA
ETR
Miles or Km

I've made it as easy as I could, with only 2 pictures for now.. one for day and one for night. It seems to be working ok. Just played with a couple of skins to test.. included pic's below.

I have the eta/etr to calc, and also the new gps config page to do yet. Still loads to do and ideas to try, but it getting there :-)

The maps come for my D3 PPC version I bought :-). You will need the maps and the dll to run FreeDrive.. If you can run NM frontend, then you can run this one, it shares the same things

I couldn't find my favorites, history, or destinations. Are these also shared?

you will find these in C:\DestinatorApps\Destinator\Common\Favorites

FreeDrive uses the same Fav's folder as Monkey Map, but it creates a new folder called 'History' where it stores every place you go. You can view / select / delete theses from the menu.
