Hi, I dont think I have heard the voice files for that to be honest.. I am after some voices being done to allow me to expand FD in confirming the type and speed of camera that you are being alerted too. Do you have access to these files ? or even know a sexy sounding women that would be prepared to sit down and give me a few warnings for 30 mins ... I did go out at the weekend and manged to get a few warnings off some sexy young ladies.. sadly they werent the type that I could use in FD.. :-(

Were those voice files I sent of any use? If you like I can generate some others.

BTW, on the next release, any chance of being able to mute the audio in Winamp/RR??

I'm unsure where them voice files are.. O hmm I know :-) not had chance to do much today, been playing with my install.. As for mapping the winamp volume, I wasnt going to do this. but if you want it then I will.

ok.. pre-release version for those that can test what I've changed / added

2 main things so far.. 1 is I've added multi-app sdk.ini commands, so it should send info to more than one app.. to use it just add a comma between the app names.. ie.. FDSPEED=RoadRunner,GPSSecure etc..

I have also made it that freedrive disconnects the com port gps on hibernation and reconnects it on resume.

Both off these are untested and would like to know if hey are working right.. XBrady and RoyN are the nicks that come to mind :-)

ok update on what i've been doing..

not much!

fixed a few issues on FD, I have been installing my car PC for the last few days.. its working now so its a start. I want to do a few things before the next release, below is a list

fix the , and . bug (75% done)
alter the way the speedcam updates on the map (remove the 5 minute flash) (waiting on info)

The update (on previous page at the bottom) that is available at the moment has the below already included.
from 0.60 to update
Fixed nmea parser from loosing sats
Fixed a street routing problem
Added multi SDK.ini applications (needs testing)
Added hibernation / resume gps reconnect (needs testing, might need to include a delay)
Added live update when switching between quickest and shortest route

Is your site having problems? I can't download it, it has been sitting here for several minutes saying starting...
