Poi DAT Format

For CDRSkull:

I want to create an utility to convert ov2 (TomTom Poi) into dat format. I see that you add the "import" function for speed camera cvs; so you may know how the dat format is. Can you post something? Maybe the piece of code that create the dat file.

Unfortunately not! Those programs (there is "Poi edit", too) don't support the destinator dat format. They don't know its structure! How can you know it?

I'm doing exams at university now, so I'll start working seriously on it from the half of july. However it should be a small utility, so it shouldn't take too much time.

I couldn't resist so I almost completed the utility

It works but some refinements have to be done to improve POI management in Freedrive. However, I'll post it when it will be finished (I think a couple of days).

Yes, rather for the moment you can use it ONLY with MM because FreeDrive seems to support only "favorites.dat" as an external dat file. However, I'm sure CdrSkull will modify FreeDrive to support them!

I'll post the utility this night or tomorrow, I need to make just a couple of fixes.

Extra POI are sooo cool
