Problem embedding in Roadrunner

I'm having problems embedding FD 1.0 to Roadrunner.
I have a complete roadrunner skin for FD. The previous (0.9) version embeds perfectly but I cannot embed the newer one.
The problem is the following. Once FD is embedded in the RR skin, a transparent overlay covers the freedrive area. As a standalone program it works OK but not in RR.
Any help would be deeply appreciated

i had same result

your area in settings.ini issmaller than your skin area in skin.ini

when settings > or equal no more pb.

my skin.ini has
#MAP left,top,width,height
map=0,0,800,600

my settings.ini has
#savesize and position of screen (0=no 1=yes) Set to 1 to help in speed of embedding
savesize=1
#size left,top,width,height in pixels
size= 87, 9, 626, 578

The exact same configuration is used on my home pc and on my carpc. On my home pc it works ok but on my car pc it does not. It has this overlay on the map as show in the above photo. Also when the menu is called it does not show any icons but only shows the menu box with no icons in it.

Try to copy your skin another name and reduce it to settings : 539,569 and see the result

My settings : 800*567 : had same result with my skin and Cdr'one but no fatal issue with Spaghetti's 800*480 now my skin is reduced to 567 and no more problem.

reduce which parameter to 539,569
In the settings .ini file or in the skin.ini file

in skin.ini, but made a mistake :

your settings are : #size left,top,width,height in pixels
size= 87, 9, 626, 578

so you need width 626 and height 578

and not 626-87=539 as i wrote (sorry i'am a donkey)

Sorry but I still cannot understand. Should I make a new day.gif file with these setting or should I change the settings in the skin.ini file?

a new declare in skin.ini and also new day.gif night.gif and so on.

so try only with a copy of original skin and crop the gifs. It's easy if you don't use buttons on skin.

I said crop but not resize image because it change coordonates of buttons.

or try latest freedrive.exe (the one posted 17 march : perhaps pb resolved : tried and got a different issue : no more transparent overlay but only parts of buttons)

i only get bug when swapping night and day.
