My guess is the stumbling block is the activation.


I would suggest you have a look for some threads about Destinator 6 where people have managed to make there own skins for it.

FreeDrive 2.0 gonna be the best upgrade for my carputer!

CDR, have u seen the latest centrafuse releases? it uses the new destinator SDK and shows the street names and other stuff on 3d view mode

development of FreeDrive 2.0 is DEAD because of legal issues.

IIRC it was decided that it wasn't worth the potential legal repercusions which might result.

Steve has since moved away from Destinator stuff and has been playing with various other GPS apps, namely NavigatoR2.0 IIRC.

ha ha, so its not the frontend that was a legal problem, just the nav core, I see....

Soon as a PD nav core gets out the better.
