Anyone for widgets?

These will be in the next release of FreeICE :-)

They allow you to remove buttons you dont need and setup your desktop how you want. Very easy to active the edit mode... you just press and hold a bit of the empty screen.

Let me know what you think.. at the moment there are only a few different ones to choose from but that will grow over time.

Very impressive! That is a fantastic idea being able to disable/enable icons. Too easy.

Will there be a way for us (anyone) to add extra widgets?

Not at the moment, but it might come once I get a bit more done on it. It's early days but I would like to add a twitter and facebook one.. maybe even an email notification. These will be done when I add the messaging quick app.

I would like to add the ability to message someone in the car.. not sure the best way to do this mind. Need to have a think.....
