finally got back to this ,, and did a complete revamp of the code , I think this version will be more to your pleaseing...

This version has, standard gallery browser, with thumb nails of images within the gallery
you can use the prev/next to browse to next image , or click on a thumbnail to show that image, also under thumbnails there is a prev/next buttons if the gallery holds more than the alloctated images .
also you can zoom in on the current image
run a slideshow of the current gallery...

this version is i would say 90% complete now,,,
