    below is a picture of my directory structure:

    the name of the directory that you extract freeway and mplayer into does not matter. for example my directory is named freeway-ccfru-0.7.219

    i hope this helps, if it doesn't, let me know and ill be glad to help figure out the problem farther

    is this the error message your receiving when trying to open the FreewayUltra program:

    if so the problem maybe be as simple as below:

    Example 2 shows a mplayer directory inside another mplayer directory (which can easily happen when extracting mplayer to the freeway directory)
    Example 1 shows the proper way for the directory structure

    if this doesn't solve the problem can you explain more in detail about what actions you are doing to receive the error message

    make sure you are downloading the correct mplayer. You want MPlayer 1.0rc1 Windows not MPlayer 1.0rc1 Windows GUI.

    it doesnt matter where you put the fonts. once the fonts are installed on your computer, the folder with the fonts you extracted from the zip file is no longer needed

    You need to install the fonst by dragging and dropping them into the windows\fonts folder.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.
