Sorry to be the one to bear the bad news, but facts, concepts and ideas cannot be copyrighted. The layout of the Centrafuse skin cannot be copyrighted. Is it patented? I doubt it.

Yes, the graphics can be. But to what extent? That background looks an awful lot like XBMC Project Mayhem 3. The Buttons are dime a dozen. The company logo uses a public domain font. The icons.. well.. XM, IE, TV Test Pattern.. these cannot be copyrighted (does CF have legal license to use these images?).

If there's one thing I detest it is people making legal threats against not-for-profit efforts by standing on shaky legal ground and trying to scare people off.
