Direcotry browsing and playing in one?

    Hi Oeri,

I have started trying your FE cause RR has gotten so bloated for me, and CF just doesnt seem to do stuff like I think it should...

Anyways, I was wondering if you have the option/will to do a view where one can browse the entire media library just like it was on the HD? (basically, see all directories, subdirectories and just click on a directory to go into it, click a song for it to play, etc???)

I think it is much easier to browse this way than having to make a playlist or view the entire library at once.... Few players have this option (there is a hack for RR, FP I think has this, and NeoCar had this, but was stopped in an unsuable form)...

    Thanks for considering!
    Roy

    Hi m8,

I'm aware of the the new, less cpu-hungry, c# version! cant wait! Just havent tested it out cause from what I read only Music was working so far...

Can't wait for a nice, reliable package.... Have you given any thought to adding Native destinator 5/6 support? I'm not sure legally what that would mean for you, but from what I understand Powerloc are reaching some kind of agreement to allow end-users to pay a license fee instead of the developer...

I will look into Destinator support. I do not currently own the license for it, nor do I have the money to buy one at this time.

If you ever get in contact with the destinator people, I'm sure some users wouldnt mind donating so you can get the developer version....

Every little bit helps, and donations are always welcome. I still haven't even scraped up enough to buy a GPS and thus I have to rely on forum users for GPS software testing.

Cool, I'm currently evaluating a few frontends... as soon as freeway ultra is fully released I will make my decision about the switch... if I end up using it, I'll donate a bit... hopefully enough to help

Yes Oeri, that would be great. I really liked NeoCar, but it looks like it died...
