Volume Down X% - How Do I Change This?

There is a setting in SET1 under "Key Shortcuts 3" where I can enable a hotkey that will allow me to lower the volume to a certain percent.

My quesiton is: How do I set the percentage of the volume down?

And actually what I am trying to do is make a ATT feature to where when I hit a hotkey, it sets the volume to a particular percentage no matter what setting my volume is too. So for example if I pull up to order something at a drive-thru, instead of pausing the song I would just lower it to like a volume 2 percent with just one click. Is this possible?

I think is possible but no with the setting on misc2, you have to make a script that executes "setvolume" when you hit the key.
