Yes, as long as it is playing.Originally Posted by fbruno
Yes there is external apps support built in. (The default skins for that portion aren't very pretty though#2) I am also looking to get ODB-2 connectivity for the carputer (it's there, why not?). I realize that frodoplayer doesn't natively support ODB-2, but I would like to display real time engine information while playing MP3's or listneing to the radio. So, the question is, can I run another application while frodoplayer is running and have it display the engine data? The best thing would be eventual native support w/in frodoplayer, there exists Visual basic examples of querying and displaying ODB-2 data. Any chance of this in the future. If not, I guess I can wait for the open source version if it happens and try to add it myself.)
As for internal support, maybe one day, but definately not until I can get my own system in the car.
You'll have to ask someone else on this one, as I don't have a GPSOne final thought. How well does GPS work w/ frodoplayer. That is another thing that I would like to run, ideally from w/in the front end.
Thanks,
Frank
or any GPS software
But it theory, it should be no problem.
