Hmm, it's possible.![]()
For dev purposes though it doesnt need to be licensed does it? He could technically borrow my license since I cant use it until its embedded and then give me my license back and release his source as an executable right?

Another vote for Routis.
Is this the Routis thread? One more I guess since it seems to be the best for the money that is not Destinator (though I have not used either yet).
Also looks like a group buy would be easy:

OK, Thought that Routis being Red meant that it was being implemented whereas the others were planned. Thanks for bringing me back down to earth![]()
I just tried out Routis 2004 today... I like!.. I really miss the detailed maps from Mappoint (VOICES), but Routis was smooth... The problem with embedding Routis into a frontend is the fact that it does not have an SDK, am I right? Anyway... I am pretty sure it doesn't... Mappoint and Destinator both have SDK and thats why you see those being the two most often used for embedded/custom GPS software. They allow a programmer access to the software via COM or whatever... This allows for smooth integration...
Wouldn't you only be able to grab the Routis window/application and put something around it?
Routis did rock today on the way home and they are suppose to have more detailed maps with river, oceans, parks, etc... soon
