Any plans of the ability to zoom, while playing movies? (like in mediacar) If you use a stretched resolution and watch movies that is 4:3 (or 16:9 with the black stuff above and under the image) they get quite disorted... Would like to be able to cut it off

    audio and language tracks

    Like the one in WMP.

It would be nice to have it for video mode and frodoDVD. I have a lot of karaoke mpg which has vocal or right channel and no vocal on left channel. Also some movie w/ different language on 2 different channels.

Also, please tell me you have supported unicode in new 1.09. The only reason keeping me using ME is FP doesn't support unicode for ID3 tags.

I've come up with another thought. I have a epia m10000 mobo, so I cant get 800x480 resolution. I use 800x600, and then I just let the xenarc cut the lower part of the image of. That works perfect with FrodoPlayer, cus I use the "advanced screen settings" and make it appear only at the part of the picture that the screen displays.(Messy explanaton, hope you got it? )

The problem is, that when i try to run movies and so on in fullscreen, they run at 800x600, which means i cant see the whole picture. Is it possible to make the "fullscreen" option have the same resolution as FrodoPlayer itself? (i.e. cover the same part of the screen?)

plz let me know if you understood my explanation frodo. otherwise ill get some pictures of it, so you understand what i mean =) I think this is a good way to be able to use the screens native resolution without a graphiccard really supporting it. The picture gets really really much better. I've now even managed to make my touchscreen work only with the viewed area (800x480).

Anyone who read this are welcome to tell me what you think about this solution... (or my english language =P Sorry if its not superb =) )

VERY HIGH Priority for me, too ....

Stuff looks really awful here sometimes.

"Bläck Föß" .... or some such artist names look crazy

Hey, if this is easy please do it

Can you make an option to remove unneeded features?? Like cd mode, i don't have a cd drive. It'd be nice to streamline for an individuals system. Also I don't want to sort by album mode ever, since most of my music are singles. Just if it's easy to do. otherwise don't bother. Thanks!

    VOB/WinDVD integration

I have an M10000 which has a hardware MPEG2 decoder. So my CPU shoots to 80% when I play back a DIVX (and the sound quality sux), but it's only 40% when I play a ripped-to-VOBs DVD.

So my request is this: I want to rip a bunch of DVDs to my hard drive. Then I want a list of the HDD-stored DVDs in FP. When I pick the movie to watch, it should launch WinDVD or whatever passing the path to the VIDEO_TS folder on the command line.

Someone suggested this would work in WMP already, but my WMP doesn't seem to play VOBs from the hard disk. Is it just me?

I'm new to FP and I have to say that the more I play with it the more I like it.

    Good job Frodo.

But i have a question about Album Art.

    It says in your manual:

"How to add album art or album info to Videos, etc.

    ART:

In the same directory as the file, copy a jpg file there
with the same name of the file plus .jpg

    Example:

    Video = D:\The Matrix.avi
    Video Art = D:\The Matrix.avi.jpg"

So let's see if I got this straight, for every song I have to have a jpg file with the same name, or is there something obvious that I'm missing?
