I'll second that request. I have about 1400 songs but random mode seems to always pick the same group of songs.

I too have been meaning to comment on the lack of a radom random. I've noticed that if I rebuild the db, that it will help a little, but not much.

So what would it take to get a real menu...honestly how much of a rewrite would it take and how much would you need to get this done?

Frodo has bigger fish to fry. Besides, I noticed when using Mediacar that I rarely had it on the menu anyway, as good as it looked.

Its actually not a feature for the player itself, but more as an idea for intallation.

Day/Night skin change & Gamma ajust automatically from car's built-in sun-sensor. I know at least two brands (SAAB and MB) has it, but should be more.

now how cool would it be, if instead of showing the little visualizations screen...there was a Routis mini-map in that area. When you double-click the mini-map...Bam!..full screen Routis.

Best feature request I have heard in a long time. Frodo already has it to switch between viz, file info, and magnifying glass. I think if GPS was added like that, I would have to donate again...
