How do you guys "arrange" all of your media files?

I'll be going on vacation in 3 weeks and i want to get the CarPC in and tested. I want to make it as easy to use as possible from a "looking for a particular file" standpoint. I'm trying to layout my music, videos, and album art in the most effective way possible.

Just FYI i'll be using my old Gateway Destination AMD K6II in the trunk with a 200wt/ITPS setup. It has DVD, TV tuner, RF Keyboard and mouse/remote.

    Thanks guys!
