my menu button doesn't work on my skin

I created a skin and it works for the most part. The two buttons that don't work are my VIS and MENU buttons. I created the background and used Frodoskinner for my ini file. All i did was create a skin for the mp3 player. I attached a pic and the ini file if anyone needs to look at it. I can change the scroll bars in my skin.ini file right? This is my first shot at it so I just need a little bit of guidance.

One last question, how can i get back to the menu to switch skins if my menu button doesn't work? I've been uninstalling/reinstalling when in order to get back to a working skin.

Your skin file is incomplete. You can't leave elements out and expect it to work.
Compare a working skin.ini with yours to find out what you left out.

If you have anymore trouble, just ask.
Remember you can move elements off the screen if you don't want them,
but do not leave them out of the ini !

(to move something off screen, set it's left and top properties greater than 100)

I figured it out..I was missing menu1, menu2, and a couple of other things. The only thing I have left to figure out is how to make the background of my clock black. Can you help with that? Otherwise I just have to tweak the position of my elements a bit. Thanks Frodo!

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I didnt want to post a new thread just for it... Anyways, apparently search isnt working (search for "menu" gave no results found)... anyways, is there a way to prevent frodoplayer from leaving the menu? Mine always goes back to the playlist about 5-10 seconds after i go to the menu... will this change in fp1.9? or is it already optional in 1.8?

I think it makes sense to leave it there if the system is not in use, or only if to make it more intuitive....

Someone comes into the car, press DVD... as opposed to come into car, press menu, press dvd.... dunno, it was weird to me since i've been toying with all the other players and all of them act that way (stay on the menu), so I was a bit surprised at this behavior...

Any chance to make this auto-change optional?
