No skin I have downloaded works. I've followed the directions I found here. Unzip into the skins folder and your done. Go to the skin tab..select that skin and then in a few it should change. Well it changes alright, into the default skin that you can't click on. Then when I restart it its just a big grey box. These skins do work so I know its not the skins. What else am I suppose to do to get it to work right?

A little more info...what skin is it? Does it have the actual background pics?
I got it working....figured out it was something I was just really dumb about. When it unzipped, there was a folder inside of a folder, and thats why it didnt work. Sorry bout my ignorance guys.
P.S. now I'm actually starting to work on a skin myself, although I have no clue what I'm doing or how to position anything. Just making pictures and buttons at the moment. It's gonna be HOT
