    Is it possible to make parts of mini mode transparent?

    I'l like to make a mini mode that is very large in surface area, but have a lot of it transparent so I can see the app 'below' it. This way I can spread out the buttons over my whole screen, etc....

    Is it possible?

    That would be a good idea, I not sure how to do it, but it would be very usefull. I'm not sure if it has to be coded into the program or if it can be done with a skin.

    png files are compressed lossles bitmaps with transparancy, they compress blocks of clours very well, but are rubbish with photos...

    In 1.09 you won't need to. Mini Mode in 1.09 has an open and closed function. It is a small square when closed.
