you can use the same radio skin from my 1.0.8 version of the skin, everything is the same for 1.0.9. Just copy over the radio skin folder and the radio.ini file over to the 800x480 skin folder in 1.0.9, start up fp 1.0.9 and it should work.
If you still have 1.0.8 installed just install my skin and place it into the skin folder.
Will do it in a couple. Have to download your 1.0.8 skin

Everything is not the same for 1.08 in the radio skin. You have to define the mini menu.

remember, just replace my radio skin with frodo's skin, but leave frodo's mini mode pic's in the folder
just in case, add this to the radio.ini file

Here are my findings, sorry for taking so long.
The radio skin works will need to do the following:
-Edit the volume % section, font is too small
-Station section (FM 97.1) needs some tweeking, station not fitting
-Station section when a saved station is selected needs some tweeking, text is jumbled
The following works fine:
-Tune
-Presets
-Volume
-Mute
-Station up/down
